Your spot is only secure when full payment is received. Credit card payments can be completed online or over the phone by calling 403 – 998 – 5035. Please note that credit card payments made over the phone are processed electronically via a secure website. If requested, Tucker Hockey can process a credit card transaction using a POS terminal.

Cheques and Cash payments will only be accepted with mitigating circumstances and must be approved by a Tucker Hockey representative prior to a spot being secured for the participant.

Normal Business Cancellation & Refund Policy:
  • Tucker Hockey Enterprises Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any of our programs due to circumstances under our control and issue a refund.
  • However, if a program is cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control we will  ONLY  issue credits on file / account.
  • There will  NOT  be any refunds issued.  No  exceptions to this policy.
  •  Rink / times listed on our website / confirmation email may change due to ice availability.
  • Any changes will be noted on the website under the program write up as well as emailed out to the individual participants.
  • It is the responsibility of each participant to check our website and / or their emails for any changes / updates.
 Individual Refunds – only made within the following terms & conditions:
  • The program is full and there is a replacement on our waiting list.
  • Minimum notice of 48 hours must be given prior to the start of the program.
  • There will be  NO  refunds / credits issued the start day of our programs.
  • Cancellations will be subject to an administration fee of  $100.00 CDN.
  • In lieu of a refund, the administration fee will be waived if a credit is

requested to be kept on file.

  •   All credits are honored for a maximum of 12 months from the effective cancellation date.
COVID-19 Cancellation & Refund Policy:
  • Tucker Hockey Enterprises Ltd. is  NOT  in a position to issue future refunds for cancelled programs due to COVID-19.
  • Tucker Hockey deems any programs cancelled outside of our control.
  • At this time Tucker Hockey can not take the financial risk to refund customers. This could very well threaten our future economic viability.
  • However, we will be placing full credits on file for any programs cancelled due to COVID-19 which will be honored until December 31st, 2023.

TUCKER HOCKEY PROGRAM REGISTRATION LIABILTY WAIVER AGREEMENT:

NOTE: ADDITIONAL AMMENDMENT ADDED CONCERNING – COVID -19 RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY:

Warning: By agreeing to this waiver, you give up the right to sue for any injury or damage however caused.

To: TUCKER HOCKEY ENTERPRISES LTD., and its employees, representatives, officers, directors and agents (collectively referred to as “Tucker Hockey”) I am in agreement on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, heirs and assigns.

I acknowledge that my child/children participating in the activities offered by Tucker Hockey involves inherent risks that may cause accident, injury and damage to my children and my property.

I fully understand the risks and dangers associated with my child’s/children’s participation in these activities and accept them entirely at my own risk.

I hereby waive any and all claims which I may have against Tucker Hockey and release Tucker Hockey from all liability for injury, property damage or any other loss sustained by me as a result of my child’s/children’s participation in these activities, due to any cause whatsoever. I further agree to indemnify Tucker Hockey for any and all legal fees (on a solicitor and own client basis) or costs which may be incurred defending any lawsuit or claim I and my representatives may bring against them.

I hereby grant permission to Tucker Hockey and its representatives to take photographs or videos of my child/children and to make recordings of their voice. I further grant to Tucker Hockey and its representatives the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display; broadcast, distribute and create derivative works of these images and recordings in any media now known or later developed. I acknowledge that Tucker Hockey owns all rights to the images and recordings. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the use of these images or recordings or of any written copy. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings or materials.

I hereby grant Tucker Hockey permission to use my email for promotional electronic communications, with the ability to unsubscribe at any time from the subscription list. I do understand however that I be may contacted directly from Tucker Hockey in a personal email after unsubscribing from the Marketing List.

COVID – 19 VIRUS SECTIONS:

I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 virus and that the Alberta Government Health Authorities still recommend practicing social distancing. I further acknowledge that Tucker Hockey Enterprises Ltd. has put in place preventative measures on the ice to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I further acknowledge that Tucker Hockey Enterprises Ltd. can not guarantee that I or my child/children will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19 virus.

I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 virus may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and my child/children, including, but not limited to, Tucker Hockey off and on ice staff, and other on ice program clients and their families.

I voluntarily seek hockey services provided by Tucker Hockey Enterprises Ltd for myself and/or for my child/children and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk and my child’s/children’s risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 virus. I acknowledge that I must comply and my child/children with all established arena and Tucker Hockey on ice program procedures, guidelines, protocols to reduce the spread while attending myself or my child/children attending on ice sessions/programs:

  • I and/or my child/children are not experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
  • I and/or my child/children have not traveled internationally within the last 14 days.
  • I and/or my child/children have not traveled to a highly impacted area within Canada in the last 14 days.
  • I do not believe I and/or my child/children have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 virus.
  • I and/or my child/children have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 virus and not yet cleared as non contagious by the Province of Alberta or local public health authorities.
  • I and/or my child/children are following all Alberta Government Health Authorities recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 virus.

I hereby release and agree to hold Tucker Hockey Enterprises Ltd. harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the hockey organization, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Tucker Hockey Enterprises Ltd.

I understand that this release discharges Tucker Hockey Enterprises Ltd. from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the hockey organization with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Tucker Hockey Enterprises Ltd. This liability waiver and release extends to the hockey organization together with all owners, partners, employees and contract staff.

COVID – 19 VACCINE POLICY:

The health and safety of all participants in our Tucker Hockey Programs is of paramount importance. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, Tucker Hockey is taking every precaution necessary to ensure a safe environment for everyone. As a measure of caution and priority against COVID-19, Tucker Hockey will require that all vaccine eligible participants (anyone 12 or older), including players, on ice instructors and off ice staff for the 2021 – 2022 hockey season be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Participants must be prepared to show “proof of vaccination” at our registration table on the first day of program start up. Without proof of vaccination, individuals will not be permitted to participate and enjoy our hockey programs. Note: You are considered fully vaccinated if you have received 2 doses of a Canada-approved COVID- 19 vaccine and 14 days have passed since your second dose.

I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE ENTIRE CONTENTS OF THIS AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A PROMISE NOT TO SUE THE COMPANY AND THE COMPANY EMPLOYEES AND IS A RELEASE AND INDEMNITY FROM ALL CLAIMS.

  • We DO NOT accept partial registrations.
  • All program registrations must be paid in full.
  • If you are not able to attend any of the program sessions, please email programs@tuckerhockey.com and with final approval from Coach Rex we will offer replacement sessions with current programs that have available space or we can place a credit on file for you for any missed sessions.

Note: Credits are good for 2 years after your registration date.
