This adult power skating and player development program focuses on the technical skills of skating, puck control, passing and shooting. The program is weighted 60% on power skating and 40% on hockey skills. It is ideal for the recreational hockey player who wishes to improve his/her skills. Although it is presented in a group setting, our drills focus on the needs of the individual. You don’t have to worry about other skaters being more skilled or less skilled; it is a ‘go at your own pace’ program. It’s a ‘you and the drill’ hockey development philosophy.
